Finger Millet Meal/Flakes is a good alternative to regular corn flakes/cereals or oats.

Cooking Instructions for Finger Millet Meal:
- Boil milk with little added water.
- Add Vayal Foods Ragi/Finger Millet Flakes and let it cook for 5-10 mins in boiling milk.
- Once creamy consistency (kanji/porridge) is reached , get it off and add Coconut sugar or Jaggery or Palm sugar or Honey per your taste.
- Delicious morning breakfast is ready.
